Person-centered Counselling
Together we can explore, in a safe, confidential setting, whatever may be causing you distress. This is person-centred counselling; I believe you know yourself better than I do and I will not give you advice or direct you in any way. I will listen without judgement.
Person-centered counselling can be in person, online or over the phone, depending on what you’re comfortable with/what suits your needs; everyone is different!
Walk and Talk
Walk and talk therapy is a form of therapy that integrates being outside in nature and gentle exercise. If this is of interest to you please let me know and we can discuss this option further.
