Time to put yourself first

I strongly believe therapy can be used as a tool for continued wellbeing and self-care. If you just need to some time out of a busy week to talk with someone other than a loved one, to take a moment for yourself please get in touch.

Mental Health Matters

If you’re looking to improve your mental health start small:

  • Reduce screen time not just before bed, but when you first wake up too.

  • Incorporate at least 20 minutes of movement into your day, walking, dancing; whatever makes you smile!

  • Make time to talk through your worries, the big stuff sure, but the small stuff too; don’t let your anxieties build up to a point of crisis.

Wellbeing is reliant on consistent efforts, they don’t have to be huge shifts, the littlest things often make a bigger difference that you could ever imagine. Are you ready to take the first step to better mental health?
